As a Big Sur engagement photographer I am always in awe of the natural beauty and magic I feel when photographing in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Meeting with Isaac and Yasmin was so wonderful after connecting in the fall when they reached out to inquire about about their Fall 2023 Wedding in Monterey. Their love story is incredibly special, rooted in a strong history that began in high school and flourished through shared experiences of growth and travel around the world. Witnessing the bond they share and their journey is truly heartwarming.
During their engagement session, we explored Carmel and Big Sur. The weather, despite the unpredictable winter conditions known to the locals, and following a harsh bout of winter storms, was nothing short of spectacular during their time on the coast. I'd say it was the Universe's way of shining light on their love to have such perfect conditions for capturing their love amidst the beauty of Big

The Club at Pasadera
Isaac and Yasmina met in highschool when they were 16 and dated for two years. Isaac proposed to mina in Iceland. Isaac and Yasmina are currently based in Chicago. Isaac grew up visiting his grandparents in Pacific Grove. I love the connection they share. When I asked Yasmina what she loved most about Isaac, she said, " I love his genuine joy for life and his love for others. He keeps me grounded and (tries) to keep me from being too much in my head and always reminds me to love life and to live in the moment." Isaac is so loving in how he shared what he love about her. "I love how she challenges me everyday to think differently about the world. Her curiosity is infectious and I am constantly learning from her." They are incredible and I can't wait for their wedding day!
