I believe above all...family first and I deeply value family legacy. I am a proud wife and proud mother of two. Our love story began 20 years ago. Planning our own wedding 15 years ago is why I fell in love with wedding photography...a lover of love, romance, coffee, and wine. When not capturing moments, or up-leveling my skills, you will find us at our favorite local food and wine events, around the fire pit at home, or enjoying the coast. I have lived in the Salinas Valley for most of my life and have had the opportunity to travel parts of the world with my husband while crossing many locations off our bucket list. Although we still have many more to go, there is no place like home. I absolutely love it here. We have some of the most beautiful places people from all over the world come to witness for themselves. We have some of the most gorgeous venues around in...Carmel, Monterey, Pebble Beach, Big Sur.

I have always had a passion for photography, and knew I needed more. I found another way to be of service and bring joy to couples and families by documenting their memories. After graduating nursing school in 2005, and settling into life after college, I took my first formal photography course in 2009 at our local college. I learned photography on a 35mm Canon AE-1 Program rescued from the vintage shop. I had a deep desire to learn about photography a need for creativity. Here I am over a decade later, passionate as ever, and making my dreams come true by starting my business in January 2020.

This is one of our favorite wedding photos. My husband and I have been together for almost 20 years. We met when the kids were 1 1/2 & 7 years old. We were married on our 7 year anniversary. We incorporated the kids in our wedding vows, we sat with them at the reception, and also had our first dance with them. These are such a special and meaningful memories for us, because we wanted to include them in every aspect of the day and our photographer knew and captured it for us.

The day after our wedding, I asked my daughter Isabelle if she loved dancing with her brother and she said "I hated it". When we received our wedding gallery from our photographer I remembered Isabelle's words. I absolutely love the look on her face, and these kids danced their hearts out that evening.

This is what I love about photography. Photographs capture emotion and love, that would otherwise exist only in our memory. This photograph hangs on our wall and makes us smile every day.
